Consultant

Job Description: Developer

We are an international consulting company focusing on CRM enterprise applications in MS and cloud based technologies.
We are seeking developers to help with our projects in a remote capacity based in our Seattle downtown office. The candidates will be trained and mentored by our internal staff with the intention for later consulting, customer-facing engagements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering (or a related technical discipline)
• Superior verbal and written communications skills.
• A strong appetite for teamwork and a just-do-it attitude.
• More than 2 years of experience in three or more of the following technologies:

Salesforce.com, SQL, XML, .NET, Java, Web based applications (HTML, JavaScript)

• Exposure to TDD and agile development methodologies is a plus.

Job Description: Consultant

Successful applicants will work to provide business solutions to customers in a variety of industries. Working with CRM technology like Salesforce.com and Consona CRM, you will work on implementation projects as a technical specialist responsible for the advanced customization or integration of CRM software and other business applications. Primary duties will involve working with the customer and the project team to design and develop desired business solutions. This role requires a technical skill set as well as the ability to understand the business functions that the customizations support.

Required and Desired Skills

The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to perform this job successfully.

In addition to being able to perform each essential duty and responsibility, ability and willingness to travel is also required.

Required:

• Minimum of two years experience with systems integration, CRM or custom business application design and development in a consulting, corporate MIS or software development environment.
• Experience with Java or C#.NET.
• XML knowledge.
• ASP / ASP.NET experience.
• RDBMS experience.
• CS Degree or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to represent ext.IT in a professional manner to customers and the business community at large.
• Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels of a customer’s organization.
• Strong verbal and written communications.
• Effective presentation, organizational and planning skills.
• Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.

Desired:

• Experience with Salesforce.com configuration and development (Apex, VisualForce, etc.)
• Experience with agile methodologies and practices
